Yes, we do provide counselling session to the parents so that they can get a clear view regarding all of their doubts. Our counselling session is provided at our branch office in raipur and the session is totally free. No extra money will be charged.
Our fees is quite affordable and it depends upon the requirement of the student subject, class, board, Regular or alternative days.
The duration of the class totally depends upon the parents and can be increased or decreased as per their demand.
Yes, we do conduct weekly and monthly test so that we and parent both should know about the growth of the child.
We provide services for CBSE, ICSE, ISE and State board.
Yes, as a service provider we resolve the issue between the parents/students and the teachers. If anything happens you can directly contact us or visit our nearest branch. Issue will be resolved within 48 hours of complaint.
Yes, our tutors are trained and qualified. Before joining they have to clear a proper interview to join as a tutor.
Yes, before starting the class we provide teachers according to the student understanding. If parents are not satisfied by the teacher then we replace the tutor with another.
Refund Policy depends upon the agreement you agreed during the time of registration.

Yes, if the tutor is on leave due to emergency he or she will give extra time to the student.
